Terms and Conditions

• Adult account requirement: The Master Account must be created, registered, and maintained solely by a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18 years of age (“Parent”).
• Child usage: Children under 18 years of age (“Student”) may only access and use the App under the supervision and authorization of a Parent who holds a valid Master Account.
• Legal agreement: This agreement is entered into strictly between the Parent and the developer of the App. The Student does not hold a separate legal account; all child profiles exist under the Parent’s Master Account.

To protect children’s privacy, Students do not create individual credentials (such as emails or passwords) and instead log in using a system-generated Student Code provided to the Parent.

• Master Account credentials: The Parent is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Master Account login credentials (email address and password).
• Code confidentiality: The Parent screen displays unique access codes (including the Parent Code and Student Code). The Parent agrees to keep these access codes secure and to share the Student Code solely with their authorized child.
• Liability for compromise: We are not responsible for any unauthorized access, loss of progress data, or account tampering resulting from a Parent sharing, misplacing, or failing to secure their login credentials or access codes.
• Household use: Access codes are granted strictly for personal, non-commercial, single-household use. Sharing codes across multiple households, classrooms, or public forums is strictly prohibited.

• No guarantee of real-world grades: The questions, worksheets, answers, and scoring mechanisms provided within the App are intended solely for supplementary learning and practice. Answering questions correctly or achieving high scores within the App does not guarantee equivalent test scores, academic grades, or performance in school or real-world examinations.
• Curriculum alignment: While we strive to provide high-quality learning materials, we do not warrant that the content corresponds to or satisfies any official school curriculum, government standard, or examination board.
• No educational liability: We shall not be held liable or responsible for any student’s actual academic performance, school grades, or examination results outside of the App.

• Ownership: All content, software code, graphic interfaces, worksheet designs, questions, illustrations, audio, logos, and trademarks within the App are the exclusive intellectual property of the App developer and/or its licensors.
• Limited license: Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the App solely for personal, non-commercial educational purposes.
• Restrictions: You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, reverse-engineer, redistribute, sell, re-publish, or create derivative works from any worksheet, question, or content found within the App without prior written consent.

• Primary language: This App, its worksheets, and these Terms are provided primarily in English, with translations made available in Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese for user convenience.
• Translation disclaimer: While reasonable efforts are made to ensure translation accuracy, we do not guarantee that all translations across all languages are complete or error-free.
• Controlling version: In the event of any conflict, discrepancy, or inconsistency between the English version of these Terms (or App content) and any translated version in Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, or any other language, the English version shall prevail and govern to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• The App and all associated worksheets, content, and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
• We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, free from viruses, or that any content discrepancies or worksheet errors will be immediately corrected.

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of Malaysia:

• In no event shall the developer, its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of data, loss of progress, or emotional distress—arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the App.
• Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the App or these Terms shall be capped at and not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) to access the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or Ringgit Malaysia one hundred (RM 100.00), whichever is greater.

• Termination by you: Parents may terminate their account at any time by utilizing the in-app account deletion feature or by contacting support.
• Termination by us: We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Master Account immediately and without prior notice if we reasonably suspect a violation of these Terms, unauthorized code sharing, system misuse, or unauthorized access attempts.

• Malaysian law: These Terms shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
• Jurisdiction: You agree that any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When updates occur, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms and, where appropriate, notify Parents via email or through an in-app notification. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
