Request account deletion

Ask us to delete your Hubao Club account and everything held against it. You don't need to be signed in — fill this in with the email address the parent account was registered with.

Delete your parent account, the child accounts under it, and the progress data held against them.

Use the address the parent account was registered with — that is how we find the account and the children under it.

What happens next

  1. Step 1

    We check the account

    We match the email address to a parent account. If we can't tell it's yours, we'll write to that address before doing anything.

  2. Step 2

    We delete the accounts

    The parent account and every child account under it go, along with their answers, points and leaderboard entries.

  3. Step 3

    We confirm by email

    You'll get a message at the address you gave us once it's done.

Cancel your subscription first

Subscriptions are billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us, so deleting an account doesn't stop the billing. Cancel it in your device's subscription settings before you send this.
